Shipping Policy
We take great care in preparing every order to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
Order Processing
All orders are carefully processed within 1–2 business days. During this time, each item is inspected, delicately packaged, and prepared for dispatch with the highest level of attention to detail.
Shipping & Delivery
We partner with a selection of trusted local and international carriers to provide reliable delivery worldwide. The shipping partner selected for your order will be the one most suitable for your destination and delivery requirements, ensuring the best possible service.
Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location, selected service, and carrier availability. Shipping timelines begin once your order has been dispatched.
International Shipping
We are pleased to offer international shipping. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer.
Customs processing times may vary and are outside of our control. Any delays caused by customs clearance are not included in estimated delivery times.
Responsibility & Delivery Issues
Once an order has been dispatched, responsibility for delivery rests with the selected shipping carrier. We are not responsible for packages that are lost, delayed, or damaged while in transit.
For the most accurate and up-to-date information regarding your shipment, we kindly ask that you contact the delivery partner directly using the tracking details provided.
Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information, allowing you to monitor your delivery.
Additional Information
While we strive to meet all estimated delivery timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control, including carrier disruptions, customs inspections, or peak shipping periods.
If you have any questions prior to dispatch, our team is happy to assist.
